This class is designed to be a complete body workout. Participants will learn to move their bodies as a system. Targeting a balanced approach with elements of Proper warm-up, Mobility, Stability, Proper Posture, Strength, and High Intensity Interval Training to increase VO2 max.  Its GOOD.
